ouch! my thigh hurts...hai...cant walk properly sia...
but today when i reach home i went for a 30 mins run...
today run sucks man..
got stiches after like only half the journey...
wanted to go like 2 or 3 rounds...but couldnt make it...
but at least i din stop until the very end...
den went to do 12 pull ups...
now resting...alot things happen this few days la...
but just hope ppl that are suppose to happy smile...
ppl who are sad smile too..
it is not the end of the world...
frens are there for u...
for me...
im afraid to lose frens...
cause i only have them now...
