woo songbo...first training i mean team training with all those crappy ppl again...first time after the race le.. i only did abit of gym and running for the past 1 and a half mths ba..only that lor..makes me wonder if i can make it today...

well it din start off good..it was raining and raining...so...we did static...my god...now my arms are killing me le...@@ *faints* but still i manage to survive everything...we got new stroking..so we must get use to it... and now..its my 1 mth..haha..but my gal tml shopping so its ok ba..we can have all the time in the world man..haha...

tired le la... need to train more pull ups le..need to PUSH! need to earn my training tee...cuz oliver...our captian just said to me that i can keep the race tee...and because i earn it...*sniff sniff..wanna cry sia...so touch man.. that time race he pass me the shirt and tell me that i must earn the shirt..now i get to keep..so happy...i will earn it and prove to everybody that i am capable...more pull ups man
